Villa Maria is situated in Kallaroo which is one of Perth’s northern coastal suburbs approximately 1km from the Indian Ocean and white sandy beaches.

The villa is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, off street parking, TV, air conditioning and 2 private courtyards, a BBQ and out door seating area.

This is a convenient base from which to enjoy some of Perth’s wonderful attractions.

Attractions which are closely located for your enjoyment are:

 Hillarys Boat Harbour & Marina - pubs, restaurants, cafes, gift shops, underwater world (Aqwa), Rottnest Island ferry and charter boats.
 Whitford City Shopping complex - 5 minute walk from Villa Maria. A selection of over 300 shops, restaurants, cafes and cinema complex.
 Mullaloo Beach - White sandy beaches and safe swimming, BBQ and picnic facilities.
 Swan Valley - The wine region is approximately 20 minutes from the villa.
 Golf Courses - Within close proximity.
 4WD - Outback Tour operator offering day trips and extended tour.

Pricing
Our price is per inquiry, based on 2 adults and 2 children staying on a weekly basis. Other factors such as seasonality and length of stay make the rate negotiable.
